Multi-office CPA firm seeks a NOT FOR PROFIT DIRECTOR with strong PARTNERSHIP potential. The track to PARTNER will be 1-2 years for the right candidate. This firm is one of the fastest growing firms on the East Coast. The Not for Profit Group has a diverse group of clients including, but not limited to, charitable and religious organizations, research facilities, health care, political organizations, education and others. The services provided to the clients include performing audits and review of financial statements, internal control assessments, risk analysis, tax return consulting and compliance, strategic planning, A-133 testing, government compliance, advisory services and related functions. The right candidate will have a minimum of 12 years in a CPA firm with a specialization in the Not for Profit industry, or a combination of public/private not for profit experience. The right candidate should not be out of the public accounting arena for more than 18 months. The right person will be motivated and driven to take charge of this large division within 1-2 years and assist in the growth of the group. CPA is a MUST.
