Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Facilites Management - Helpdesk Operator Keiran Haley posted a job: Facilites Management - Helpdesk Operator "*** Helpdesk Operator / Facilites Management Support / Helpdesk Coordinator /s Wanted *** *** Excellent Rates of Pay *** *** Immediate Starts Available *** Our clients are several of the leading providers of maintenance services across the UK and they are currently seeking Helpdesk Operators with at least 1 years experience of Facilities Management software such as Concept or Maximo, preferably gained within a facilities department for short and long term appointments. Essential requirements are: * 1 years experience of a specific FM system * Competent use of Office applications - Email and Spreadsheets * The ability to communicate effectively at all levels * The ability to remain calm under pressure and to accurately record all information necessary in order to resolve service requests * Experience of asset management information systems * Experience of Mobile Works Management Systems * Efficient monitoring, actioning and escalating of incidents to meet specified service levels and to keep customers informed of status and progress. Duties may include: * Ordering materials * Logging of helpdesk calls * Prioritising jobs and allocating to specific engineers * Dealing with all facilities queries for the particular location * Reception Duties * Switchboard Operation * Issuing security passes to visitors and contractors * Filing and general administrative tasks.
