If you are available and interested, or know someone else who may be looking, please contact us at career@microagility.com Title: SAP Project Manager Location: North Jersey, NJ Type: W2/C2C Rate: Market Job ID: 1000-001SAP JOB DESCRIPTION - Successfully mange and deliver Project(s) - Create and mange Project Plan - Identify and mitigate risks - Resolve Issues and escalate when appropriate - Provide Status Report for the Stake holders Project Description: There are two possible projects: 1.) Instance rationalization (consolidation) and replatform off the mainframe DB2 SAP environments onto an open systems platform (currently looking at Unix Oracle). Client is expecting to complete this in the next 10-12 months. The modules moving are ECC, BW, EWM, and Solution Manager. 2.) There is a larger initiative being considered that would consume this project which is the consideration of merging the US and European ECC environments using SAPs SLO technology. That would require a new ECC instance and then multiple mergers with SLO of the EU and US SAP environments. Several non ECC instance replatforms as well. Required Skills/experience: - Demonstrated experience in SAP platform migration. - Demonstrated experience in managing large projects with project teams in distributed locations - SAP migration certification/prior technical involvement - a plus - Detail knowledge of SAP/ORACLE (target) and knowledge of DB2 on mainframe (source) - Microsoft project / WBS development experienced required - Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management disciplines – certifications a plus Education: - Degree in Computer Science or related field About MicroAgility: MicroAgility is a business and technology consulting company.
