High technical competence in required programming languages; knowledge of structured design and programming techniques; and ability to develop system specifications from system requirements. Experience with Call Center Technologies - IVR, ACD , CTI Server, Call Miner, AQM, UIP(Inbound and Outbound call routing) and other Aspect Products. Solid understanding of SDLC and Application Architecture, System Integration,Frame work and methodologies, documentation standards.
