We aim at achieving this by striving for an agile architecture, governance excellence and cost leadership. The IT operations support (OPS) consultant is responsible for monitoring, incident management and maintenance of several applications in the IT landscape . The main tasks of this support role consist of: •Executing the daily checks to ensure proper functionality of the application and all of its interfaces. •Problem and incident management • Change management: act upon both standard (as described in IT’s service catalogue) and none-standard change requests in the agreed SLA time-frame.
