C#.NET, MVC and javascript are required. NHibernate, jQuery, and Backbone.js are preferred Function: Defines, designs and implements complex web software application projects throughout the entire software application life cycle phase. Scope: Impacts web based applications throughout the institution. Develops one or more, large, complex web software application projects or enhancements to meet defined requirement or business specifications.
