If your interested, share the profile to yugandhar@bartronicsamerica.com   Title: Test Lead Location: Cupertino (CA) Duration: 6months+ Rate: $DOE The Job Description is as follows: -->Test Architecting(L1)-Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, applyand maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modificationof software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality andrecommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolutionof problems. Works on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage ofnon-standard concepts & principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation. Works as a guide and sets directions for medium sized projectsof reasonable complexity. Applies own judgment to independently determine acourse of action, which is then executed by project teams. Role is capable offinding out new methods and processes to approach complex situations in therespective area(s) of expertise. Expected to continue to build upon domainknowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, whileadapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. May be called upon to advise SrManagement on specialized technical issues. Responsible for coaching, guidingand mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster. -->System Testing(L4)-Devising Test strategy and preparing test plans. Work with dynamically changinguser interface specifications. Architecting Automation framework. Devisingmechanisms to make automation scripts resilient to change. (easilyconfigurable) Estimate test effort and automation effort. Capture and analyzetest metrics. -->Performance Test Engineering(L4)-Experience in analysing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimalconfiguration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-onKnowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc.Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the DataLoader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc. --- Thanks and Regards, Yuvi, 408-604-9252 http://bull.hn/l/V366/5"
