Start: January, 2013 Length: 11 Months Requirements: • SAP Order To Cash training development and delivery experience required • Experience with uPerform or similar training development tools required • Experience with developing classroom and online training required • Experience with salesforce.com or CRM experience (separate need from resources with SAP OTC skills); all other requirements above apply • One trainer for Brazil and one for Argentina Responsibilities: • Refine training curriculum plan • Develop detailed course outlines and materials for training courses • Work closely with process and technical team members to maximize accuracy and usability of training materials • Maintain deliverable trackers for project deliverables • Develop and maintain training materials including work instructions, PowerPoint materials, exercise data sheets, exercise data and job aids • Responsible for delivering data validation, user acceptance testing and end user training • Produce training materials according to local language needs and program guidelines • Accountable to IBM Training Lead to provide status and escalate issues as needed Languages: • English • Spanish or Portuguese If you fulfill this requirement and are interested in this position, please send your English resume along with your availability to start in this project, to the following e-mail address: sandra.leal@fastdolphin.com"
