"Sales & Marketing Trainer (ARABIC) $120k total package + med+flights+ bonus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Sales & Marketing Trainer $120k total package + bonus   Fluent in English and Arabic is essential    Leading Multi National Telco Company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Trainer to work on developing company sales and marketing training material and programs.   Design and develop complete training material in sales, marketing, customer care and soft skills. Review and assess outsourced training courses Review and assess outsourced trainers’ CV’s Conduct trainings, workshops, coaching events, seminars focusing on Sales & Marketing Assess training needs within the company Participate in putting annual training plans Supervise training projects Prepare and asses in preparing studies and reports related to training Provide consultancy for the company on various issues related to sales, marketing and customer care Conduct duties handed by the manager   Essential Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration – MBA is preferred 5 Years experience in training with 8 years work experience in sales and/or marketing Fluent in English and Arabic is essential Telecom experience is preferred Additional experience is a plus in customer service, call centers and telemarketing.
