Division Director: New Business Development, Account management, Leadership in Boston, MA Immediately seeking individual with Business Development & Project Management experience, who is interested in a leadership position for Robert Half Technology, in Burlington, MA. (If any candidate has proven management experience in the staffing industry, with successes in both consulting services as well as permanent placement, a Branch Manager position may be available). Position is a split role between new business development/account management and leadership.  You will be responsible for motivating and directing the recruiting and business development team and assisting in the creation of business and performance goals, as well as personally building upon existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities for Application Development and Technical Support projects. Ideal candidate is a focused and results-oriented business professional, with 3+ years of experience within IT Staffing, Technology, IT Consulting, Software, or Interactive, with project management skills.  Will consider a strong business development person, who has experience in related staffing for another industry. Looking for someone with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, excellent listening skills, and self-motivation.  Staffing and leadership experience are preferred.
