Data Extraction Specialist in Chicago, IL Our financial client is looking for a Data Extraction Specialist for a 9 month contract in Chicago.   Responsibilities: Managing and tracking .pdf and .xls data exports for several clients on a monthly basis Labeling and tracking the serial numbers on the DVDs for offsite storage Maintaining the support for off-site storage with a third party vendor Maintaining documentation on the process followed and ensuring that accurate logs are maintained Accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of the entire process Burn the reports to DVDs for each client and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate locations Perform manual entry of financial data Retrieving large quantities of mail from the post office on a weekly basis Requirements: Excellent organizational skills are required to be successful in this position Candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accountability for accuracy Candidate must be comfortable navigating on a computer and quick on picking up on different software Candidate should be familiar with accessing and copying files on a file system as well as burning DVDs Candidate must be able to follow defined processes and determine if there in any inefficiency that can be improved upon Email resumes to sferrari@sisinc.com http://bull.hn/l/13FYY/5"
