Supporting teams in using the methodology and tools (Webmethods). 2. Supporting development teams in their mission to incorporate the established standards. This can range from solving security issues (Kerberos) to automating deployments. 3. Supporting SOA design activities (service design) and contributing to way-of-working 4. Contributing to bpost specific development frameworks (for automated build & deploy, design patterns, utility services, etc) In order to achieve this, you will: - Guide and supporting senior developers, application/system engineers to set-up and adopt the Webmethods suite - Provide support for Software AG tools (Webmethods, Centrasite, BPM Suite) to all teams within the client - Support the migration of existing developments based on our current EAI platform towards the newly selected platform(s) - Support the implementation of new or refactoring of existing (master data) interfaces into qualitative (basic) services Contribute to bpost development frameworks and coach development community in using them. * Experience: • You have at least 1 year of working experience with the Webmethods suite: mandatory. • You have at least 8 years of experience in several software development projects, in all its aspects (from analysis to design & implementation): mandatory. • You have experience in the design and implementation of SOA services: mandatory. • You are experience with at least one Business Process Management Systems (BPMS). • You are an experienced ICT Technical Architect. • You have a strong Java background. * Technical knowledge: • In general, Internet/Web technologies have no secrets for you and you are very familiar with development of, and systems using, advanced web services or message-based interactions. • You have gained experience in integration projects and know which are best practices (“integration design patterns”) or potential pitfalls. • You are an expert in integration-related middleware: Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) , B2B gateways, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and service governance middleware. * Mandatory language skills: • Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language. • Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory (at least technical). * Soft Skills: • You have very good analytical & conceptual skills, which allow you to propose the right actions. • You have excellent communication skills (presentations, trainings, …). • You can work autonomously and are proactive. • You can coordinate complex projects. • You are a consensus builder.
