Decision Sciences Modeling:  Experience and Qualifications: • MBA/MS/MA in Statistics/ Econometrics/Operations Research/ Economics/ Marketing science/Business analysis with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience  Skills/Knowledge • SAS BASE/EG/Enterprise Miner/Marketing Optimization, SPSS, CART, KnowledgeSEEKER 2. Web Analytics: Key Experience / Education Requirements: • Experience in Omniture, Insight and Omniture Test & Target. • Should have worked on advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research would be an advantage. • 2-7 years of experience in web measurement, strategic customer analysis area required and working with standard clickstream analysis tools like Omniture Sitecatalyst. • Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research would be an advantage. • Should ideally have worked extensively on analysis pertaining to own company website as opposed to public sites or social networks being the key focus 3. Ops Analytics: Key Experience / Education Requirements: • Strong MS Office skills required • Experience with basic analytics, ability to learn advanced process thinking and data analytics • Expert spread sheet skills. Experience creating macros highly desired. • Ability to work with all levels of an organization, from the front-line operator to senior managers. • Prior experience with any or all of the following: demand planning, capacity planning, supply chain management, process engineering is preferred. • Subject matter experience in some decision sciences areas (demand planning, time-series forecasting methods, staff planning, decision-making, optimization, simulations, scheduling, advanced measurement techniques, and deep-dive strategic analysis) is preferred. • Candidate must have Masters in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related degree with a high quantitative component and an excellent academic record. Improving processes, or implementing management solutions in a high-performance organization. 4. Content Development Key Experience / Education Requirements: • HTML experience • Dreamweaver Experience • SQL skills a plus • Strong MS Office skills required • 3+ years project management experience mandatory for Senior Analyst role."
