Group: India Jobs, Careers and Networking WIPL HR has started a discussion: WIPL is looking for Business Development Executive/Manager with 0-8 years Experience "Roles and responsibilities - Engage in end-to-end business development, starting from the sales pitch to closing the sale - Pitch to our prospective leads and work towards converting them into customers - You will leverage the business development expertise and experience of seasoned associates at our headquarters - Prepare and conduct interactive demos through web conferences - Handle prospective customers through phone calls, email, chat etc. - Proactively discover and engage high value potential leads with the objective of making them our customers (some cold calling required) - Travel to customer location for presentations and closing the sales deal with potential customers - Provide strategic inputs based on interactions with prospective customers - Study client's existing technology/systems and consult them on the most appropriate process, to ensure seamless integration of our solution - Represent WIPL in conferences and networking events with the aim of building a brand, nurturing relationships with prospective customers and networking with them Skill set - Strong knowledge of the mechanics of the Internet, online marketing, ecommerce and server and infrastructure systems. - Sales management experience (ideally in the hosting, hardware or software technology arenas). - Strong experience in the management and creation of bootstrapped sales teams, with proven track record of effective coaching, leadership and mentoring skills. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to craft sales materials of all types. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualification- Graduate in any stream.
