We are currently looking for an individual to join our Team as a Director of IT. This position, based out of Las Vegas, is responsible for the strategic technology goals for SNH, Inc. and all of its affiliated companies. This includes Application Development, Product Management, Infrastructure and all other technology initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Run technology agenda through the development and implementation of IT solutions that minimize costs and maximize results for our business. Manages current systems; evaluating, recommending, testing and installing technology; contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change and providing world class supply chain management.. Leads the IT operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures and eliminating costs. Creates IT initiatives that will improve quality and financial results by evaluating and upgrading processes within the organization and directing and influencing changes that will expand the business impact of IT working closely with the senior leadership team. Leads a team of IT professionals and is responsible for the performance, training, development and management of these employees in achieving the IT strategic and operational goals of the company. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience managing higher level IT projects and leading IT professionals Must possess strong communication skills as well as a focus on creativity, innovation and the ability to collaborate well with employees at all levels in the company along with customers and other strategic partners. Ideal candidate will have proven track record in programming in c#, PHP and or Java and leading organizational change and setting a vision for technology in an organization while successfully managing the practical aspects of the business. Strong history of implementing metric systems for measuring team performance. Previous experience with managing IAAS Vendors desired.
