Owns ICT Service Delivery to the client (outsourced to partner organisation) from the company An experienced BSS Third Party Manager is required for one of our clients, a leading international Telecommunications Company to be based in UK for a contract position. Responsibilities: •Manages the relationship and governance with all the third-parties •Owns ICT Service Delivery to the client (outsourced to partner organisation) from the company •Accountable for performance against agreed OLAs/WLAs/SLAs and KPIs with third-parties •Working with groups and third-party organisations for effective communication and reporting – at an operational level and at management levels •Liaising with third-party organisations and Process Management group to implement effective service delivery processes, operational interfaces for achieving OLAs/WLAs/SLAs •Drives continuous service improvement in the end to end service delivery where third-parties are involved • Works with the company’s global organisation for identifying opportunities for expanding the company footprint • Manage third-party resource suppliers Qualifications and Skills: •Minimum 3 years in Managed Service Delivery preferably in client facing roles, via third-party organisations •Experience in and knowledge of Service Delivery in Telecom operators •Experience in and knowledge of global delivery models •In depth understanding of SLAs and KPIs. •In depth understanding of Managed Services Models. •Experience of working at a senior level in client organisations •Experience of managing third-parties against contractual SLAs •Experience of managing third-party resource providers If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills for the above position, please forward your updated CV in a word document with the following reference LIWM/ TPM- 13741, to sales@manningglobal.com or call Wayne on: +44 (0) 1704 500011 Please note that we have several other projects globally, eg: Europe, North/South America, Australasia, Far East, Africa, others.
