We are looking at an SAP - FICO & HCM Delivery Lead ( R3 Level) , around 12-18 years of relevant experience. Details mentioned below. Summary: Looking for an SAP- FICO & HCM Delivery lead in the IT & BPE function Educational Background: CA/CWA/MBA/B. Tech. & SAP Certification Professional Experience: - Thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO & HCM application based solutions with demonstrated proficiency in multiple SAP modules. - Knowledge in SAP HCM area. - Significant experience in designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized projects within the SAP product suite. - Thorough experience designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful SAP FICO & HCM solutions. - Business Process mapping and Capability of designing relevant solution in SAP FI/CO, HCM - Have functional knowledge in the following - Enterprise Structure - FI & HR - Cash, Bank & Treasury operations - Payroll, PA & OM and new dimensional SAP HR products - AP,AR & GL modules - Multiple currency & Multiple ledgers management - BCS (Business Consolidation Systems) - Integration points between Financials and other SAP modules (HR, MM, PM, SD) including, automatic account assignment configuration. Job Responsibilities: - Design & Architect SAP solutions for business requirements in the area of Finance, HCM with Integration of all cross functional Modules within SAP. - Responsible to ensure high quality SAP application services to the users in the area of Finance & HCM. - Ensure all SAP application services in the area of Finance & HR are available within agreed service levels. - Handle Company-wide IT initiatives for SAP implementation/roll-outs in the area of SAP Financials & HCM verticals. - Project management of enterprise SAP product implementations for group level having diversified business. - Interaction and collaboration with senior business leaders across the company in finance & HCM area and develop programs for complex business requirements.
