In addition to having direct responsibility for leading the IT audit governance function, this position will also be responsible for assisting the Information Security team in related security matters. The Information Security Client Support Specialist (ISCSS) will be responsible for working with Towers Watson business teams in responding to client inquiries regarding the Towers Watson Information Security and Data Privacy programs and controls. The ISCSS will respond to client questionnaires and audits as they pertain to the Information Technology control environment. The ISCSS will assist the business in answering Requests for Proposals (RFP) by providing responses to questions about the Towers Watson Information Security control environment. The ISCSS will provide support to corporate counsel as part of the contract negotiation process for security, data privacy and IT areas. The ITCSS will be responsible for coordinating client support efforts across, Information Technology, Business teams, other corporate functions such as legal and Internal Audit.
