Group: Technology Recruiters Subject: BI Analyst Jason Wong posted a job: BI Analyst "BI Analyst with Oracle and MySQL experience urgently required by leading retailer based in Watford, Hertfordshire. As a BI Analyst, you will be working closely with the finance and marketing departments to provide insight into the business performance through mining of low level trading data. You will be required to create user friendly and intuitive reports, cubes and data extracts from an extensive data warehouse using programming languages. You should be a proactive member of the team and ensure that business information and data is easily available to people who need it whilst ensuring that there is no unnecessary duplication in data, reports and ETL. To qualify for this BI Analyst role, candidates must have experience with Oracle and MySQL and a very good understanding of XML Structures/ Techniques. You should also have previous experience working closely with marketing and finance departments, have proven data management experience in database design and referential integrity, and experience within Microsoft environments.
