Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Contract Position: HO1046 - IT Project Coordinator Victoria Hsu posted a job: Contract Position: HO1046 - IT Project Coordinator "Work Location: Downtown Houston, Texas Contract Duration: 6 months to start US local hires Handle all preparations for Meetings and Workshops for Design Assurance Engagements including among others: Make reservations for appropriately-sized meeting room including physical arrangement of tables Reserve and secure additional projector as needed. Print attendees’ nameplates, arrange for breakfast/lunch for workshops, as needed; and take meeting notes as Workshop Scribe Interface with Project Document Control for Design Assurance, and notify Subject Matter Experts and assigned Design Assurance Facilitator of availability of Project Deliverables for reviews. Post available Project Deliverable on Design Assurance SharePoint site. Log review comments from Subject Matter Experts and Design Assurance Facilitator onto Design Assurance Findings/Observations Register. Coordinate with all technical disciplines on the timely submission of the deliverable definitions and update the status of the Deliverables Worksheet and Definitions’ register. Assist with ongoing development work on Design Assurance Tools and Documentation. Provide other general office support to the Design Assurance Team and the Technical Engineering Team, as needed. Should have good working skills on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. SharePoint experience and know-how is an advantage. Previous work experience on Engineering Projects, especially upstream Oil and Gas projects, is desired due to the amount of technical jargon involved in the documents.
