As a Recruiter at ISHI systems, you will be part of a team hiring Software Professionals for our India & US offices Job Location: AHMEDABAD, Gujarat Job Timings: 12pm to 9pm Responsibilities: End to End recruitment such as: • Sourcing • Screening • Scheduling • Co-ordinating • Joining Experience: • Experience in Technical Recruitment • Must have an experience working on Technical/Software professionals • Ability to proactively comprehend problems and resolve them with minimal supervision. • Energetic self-starter, with desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. • Ability to confirm objectives and drive them according to plan with a minimum oversight • Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities when situation requires • Excellent verbal and written communication Education: Any Graduate MBA(Preferred) Success Criteria: • Must have strong teamwork and collaboration skills, but be able to work independently with little supervision. • Must be motivated to do what it takes for the team to succeed, even if the task is not exciting. • Must have excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), relationship management skills, and negotiating skills.
