Role As a Software Developer you will be part of a team which is responsible for the companies database. It's a challenging job and you have the opportunity to implement new ideas to improve their services. This team consists of 5 people and works strongly together, not only with each other but also with other departments within the company. You will be working in a mixed team of junior to senior developers from international backgrounds. Their software platform was written in C and nowadays is fully written in Java. They are using open-source technology so there is always room for innovation. Most of the service infrastructure is Unix-based so you have to feel comfortable using this. You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment with daily stand-up meetings and sprints of two weeks.
