We are recruiting for 3 Resource Specialists on a contract basis for 2 - 3 months, to support our client based in Newbury. Role: Passionate about the candidate experience, you will be able to identify and engage with hidden talent and bring the best people to our clients. You will work in partnership with Recruiters taking ownership of the sourcing strategy for each role. You will be a team player and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have some experience in a recruitment agency environment and have particular interest in the candidate experience and journey. You will enjoy working towards targets and you will pride yourself with exceptional service standards.
