Our client is looking for a salesman who has experience selling software solutions to enterprise. Experience selling to financial institutions or contact centers is highly valued. Located in the downtown-Tokyo area. 金融関連企業やコールセンター等の顧客情報を扱う企業を対象に自社のソフトウェアソリューションを提供している大手IT企業がアカウントマネージャー(セールス)を募集しています。 企業向けにソフトウェアソリューションの営業を行った事のある方、特に金融関係機関やコンタクトセンターを対象とするセールス経験をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしています。 勤務地:都心部 Responsibilities : To work as key part of sales organization in order to support a heavily led consulting sale. To position and present the proposed solution to end users, technical staff, operations and senior managers. To take ownership for drafting and managing high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs, with the support of Solution Consultants both locally and the APAC level. To build a strong working relationship with the relevant groups within with the client including engineering, sales, services, alliances and business partners where appropriate. Responsible for Project Reviews, including: Analysis of customer requirements Technical scoping with customers Configurations / quotes for customers Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals Capitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover business opportunities within users operation Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques Research the customer environment to be able to populate the business impact model Articulate the solution in terms of ROI to the customer Rely on excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction Understand and articulate the value of our client's solution and Professional Services capabilities. Required Skills Applicants must have a proven track record of sales achievements selling software, hardware or services to enterprise either directly or high-touch. 企業を相手とする直接or ハイタッチでのソフトウェア、ハードウェア、もしくはサービスセールスの業績をお持ちの方。 Education and Experience Requirements: BS degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications). Telco, Banking, Government, Retail, Manufacturing, or the Travel and Transport Industry knowledge preferable. This could be obtained from selling into a particular industry or from actually working in a particular industry. Industry Knowledge pertains to ones ability to understand the current business problems that face customers in the industry. Experience in selling software/applications specifically in the operation space. Some technical knowledge of software and/or telephony is necessary (other applicable includes ERP or CRM sales). Experience in selling the value of Applications and Professional Services to customers. Superior people skills Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities Strong verbal/written communication skills Self motivated, highly organized and team-oriented Must have good commercial judgment and be capable of working in an aggressive sales environment.
