Based at our newly refurbished offices in Central Leeds, as a Resourcer you will help recruiters find the right people through a wide range of methods including job boards, social media, headhunting, in house database, referrals etc. Mainly working in the IT, IT Sales and Technology sectors, there will be lots of variety in this role and no 2 days will be the same. You will need to demonstrate you are enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and not afraid to suggest ideas. This isn't a sales job, but an environment where you are encouraged to use your initiative to understand and identify how to find the best candidates.
