Group: IT Recruiters Wael Helmy has started a discussion: Marketing Manager Job opportunity "A Leading software company in eBusiness , ecommerce and ebanking solutions is looking for :- Marketing Manager Location: Based in Egypt Territory: Middle East Region Job summary: Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee enterprise software product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. List the required tasks, starting with the most important. 1. Develops marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature or market, and cost and markup factors. 2. Coordinates and publicizes marketing activities to promote products and services. 3. Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services. 4. Confers with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. 5. Prepares report of marketing activities. 6. Compiles list describing product or service offerings and sets prices or fees. 7. Selects products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. 8. Advises business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services. 9. Consults with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services that are expected to be in demand. 10. Coordinates promotional activities and shows to market products and services. 11. Analyzes business developments and consults trade journals to monitor market trends and determine market opportunities for products Qualifications: Occupations require a four - year bachelor's degree & Preferred MBA, A minimum of four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, must have a complete four years of college degree and work for several years in marketing to be considered qualified.
