Job Description: Job Title:- Validation Project Manager Computer Systems Validation Job Location: Foster City, CA Number of positions: 2 Duration: 6 months Rate: DOE Coordinate the Clients Third Party Contractor activities and Deliverables through their Engagement Manager. Coordinate the client activities and Deliverables through the client Business IT Lead and Application System Manager. Coordinate with the project manager for other applications to manage project dependencies Manage the project execution life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation Working with team to accomplish the tasks outlined. Maintaining regular communications with the client Business IT Lead and System Manager on matters relating to the Services hereunder and serving as the interface. Measuring and evaluating the progress of meeting the project Deliverables and timelines. Assisting in the resolutions of deviations from the project plan that may impact Deliverables, schedules and/or costs. Verifying that travel and expenses, as applicable, are reported by the project team in an accurate and timely manner. Reviewing and managing project change control, as necessary. Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate project reviews and project status meetings. Monitor the proposed changes to project scope and provide the corresponding impact to schedule and / or cost for discussion with project core team. Manage the implementation of changes that are approved by project core team Competencies Trackwise implementation knowledge would be desirable.
