"Aftersales Wireless Engineer – Montenegro Aftersales Wireless Engineer – An Aftersales Wireless Engineer is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in Podgorica, Montenegro, on a permanent role. Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for implementing GSM and UMTS /LTE network – Radio System using 2G/3G/LTE technology and using ZTE equipment. - Be responsible for implementation of the 2G/3G/LTE platform rollout. - Managing 2G/3G/LTE equipment checks, hardware installation and supervision, software installation and commissioning, system tests, PAT tests. - Providing engineering supervision, documentations and records of projects. - Monitoring and optimize 2G/3G/LTE equipment performance. - Project manage hardware and software upgrades, alarm engineering. - Providing technical guidance, consultancy, support, training, and problem resolution to customers/channel partners in project implementations - Producing and maintaining all required documentation to facilitate deployment, integration and configuration of the platform elements. - Ensuring the quality and progress of the project - Close contact with HQ to handle project issues (such as submitting weekly engineering project reports to HQ, resolving system faults, etc.). - Responsible for establishing and improving customer relationship with its counterparts of the client’s company Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above in telecommunication or electronics relevant majors - 2-3 years relevant work experience in Telecommunication, working experience of ZTE equipment is preferable - Experience in BSC & BTS implementation and maintenance - Strong learning, analytical and problem-solving abilities - Professional knowledge in quality management - Fluent English is mandatory If you are interested in this challenging position with good opportunity to develop within the organisation then please contact Ina at sales(at)manningglobal.com with your resume in Word Doc format with the reference LIMH/Wirel Eng-4242 or alternatively call Ming on +49 (0) 89 2388 9854."
