JOB TITLE: Test Manager JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overall 8 to 12 years of experience, with at least 2 years of Project Management • Excellent research skills • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication skills -Strong knowledge on QA processes - Should be action oriented and should be able to make decisions, deliver POCs - Hands on experience on test automation, testing/development for at least 6 years and then should have moved to the leadership and managerial role. - Strong in coming up with test strategy, test plans, setting up standards, test processes, test automation approaches. - Should be able to participate and help team in technical discussion.
