"Contact sushma@dhansoft.com or phone 563-552-7723 VERY URGENT REQUIREMENT Looking for Sr Oracle Clinical Database Administrator who will be responsible for the installation, validation and administration of the Oracle Clinical application software and the Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Responsibilities: • Administration of the Oracle Clinical (OC) 4.6.6 application, including RDC and TMS and Oracle RDBMS systems , including assigning new users, granting and revoking user privileges, and day-to-day maintenance and back-ups of the database • Identify and resolve problems occurring in OC database environments including performance related issues • Recovery of critical and non-critical data in crash scenarios • Design, test and deployment of clinical studies in OC • Support users and clinical study designers/analysts on database issues • Install Oracle software upgrades, fixes and new software releases, and perform any validation testing that may be required • Design Oracle forms and reports required for the management of clinical studies. Experience: • At least 3 years of database administration experience with large systems databases. • Must have received in-depth training in and have a thorough working knowledge of the Oracle Clinical application software and the Oracle database management system. • Proficiency in programming with PL/SQL and Oracle forms and reports is required. • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a software discipline. Oracle DBA certification required." | |||||
