Group: IT Recruiters Sarah De Laet has started a discussion: nXt-IT is looking for a Project Manager - Itil Specialist start : 04/11/2013 duration : 3 maanden location : Wallonie ref nr 2011 "Scope Mission description • Participate to the team continuous improvement : review and optimize internal team processes and workflows based on ITIL best practices and manage change • Ensure and audit Sarbannes Oaxley internal controls to make sure reporting is complete and ready to be audited • Improve, clarify and document cross team collaboration processes with o Engineering teams o MS contract o Helpdesk o Internal Customers • Setup or improve related tools o ITIL based request management system (  Manage deployment project for ITSM requests : Communicate and train DSI teams to the usage of ITSM to send requests to ESI/OPE team (and later on to all ESI teams)  Define necessary requests or possible request improvements and follow up their development (done by external consultants) and release management  Define corresponding reporting requirements and follow up development o Standardize the usage of incidents ticket for the ESI/OPE team  Define usage documentation  Review and document corresponding processes  Communicate to our users and manage deployment phase o Internal team documentation site  Organize documentation  Organize internal operational procedures  Migrate from the existing tool to a new one • Develop team KPIs • Manage technical deployment projects (server patching, upgrades) or important changes on infrastructure components, applications or architectures according to the specifications provided by the engineering teams (Servers, Storage, Data Base, Enterprise application Basis (SAP),..) o Manage deployment planning, follow up and reporting o Manage associated communication o Manage team resources allocation and workload taking into consideration their current workload • Participate to IT projects as soon as they start to cope with operational aspects and coordinate these operational aspects • Participate to the systems management COMON meeting to ensure alerting continuous improvement based on team feed back Profile o Experienced IT project manager o Interest in technologies o ITIL certified Technical skills • Background o Experienced IT project manager o ITIL certification required o Good knowledge of an IT operational team processes o Good general IT background • Technical skills o Project management o KPIs best practices and usage o Practical ITIL experience o Knowledge of BMC Remedy tool o Knowledge of sharepoint sites usage • Other skills o Customer oriented o Very good knowledge of operationally applied ITIL concepts o Good knowledge of a production team organization o Persuasive o Ability to write documentation in English o Ability to communicate efficiently ; presentation, animation o Coaching and training ability o Self learning ability o Ability to work as a team with remotely located people Languages o Fluent in English both writing and speaking o Fluent in French both writing and speaking More info? jobs@nxt-it.biz ref nr 2011"
