Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Looking to recruit a STRATEGY MANAGER Berninder Mann posted a job: Looking to recruit a STRATEGY MANAGER "Position Description The Strategy Manager will focus on the Western Europe region and is pivotal in developing and implementing strategic plans for the region to grow share and EBITDA for Western Europe and communicating these across the organization. Working with the Head of Strategy, Global Sales and the Regional Managing Director of Western Europe, the role will manage initiatives and projects to support the strategic growth for the business in Western Europe, next to establishing new ways to win in the more mature markets. The role will also ensure the execution of project deliverables as well as supporting the regional planning and reporting initiatives. Main Accountabilities Overall the role will have four major responsibilities: 1) Maintain the project pipeline through identifying, scoping and prioritizing projects/initiatives for Western Europe that support the growth strategy. Collect and analyze required information to allow prioritization of opportunities in the project pipeline 2) Define project work plans and gain commitment from the stakeholders to initiatives per the project pipeline that support the growth strategy 3) Execute the projects according to the work plans on time and within scope. Projects can include two components: a. Strategy and Planning: Defining the strategy and creating detailed implementation planning including analysis of competitors, market and customer requirements, customer satisfaction levels, and segmentation and market trends b. Project Management: Managing the execution of the strategic plan for a limited period of time to get the initiative up and running before handing it off as business as usual 4) Manage and own the regular reporting of Western Europe’s performance and plans to the Managing Director, Global Sales, Senior Management and the rest of the organization.
