The position requires strong knowledge of Java, software engineering principles, and web technologies . You will work on building the next generation of web applications with consistent attention to product detail, scalability, performance, accessibility and cross-browser performance. You will lead a small team and be involved in software application design. You will be required to perform coding, unit testing, code reviews and configuration management for your web application. Must Have Skills : Strong hands on knowledge of the following technologies 1. 5+ years software development experience with expert level Java / J2EE programming skills. 2. Spring, JMS, Hibernate and/or Struts with Tomcat or other application servers on Linux environment 3. Apache ActiveMQ or other message queuing service. 4. Relational databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle and schema design. 5. UI Technologies or Frameworks like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Adobe Flex. 6.
