We trade games, DVDs, gadgets, mobile phones, computing products, and flat panel technology with customers on the high street, providing a unique 2-way service. We, at CeX WeBuy Entertainment Private Limited, are looking for Mid level Support Engineer(L2) at our Lower Parel, Mumbai office. Job title:- Mid Level Tech Support Engineer Location:- Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience:- 2+ years Salary:- 3-4 lac pa Two days off per week Responsibilities include:- •Provide telephone, email, remote and on-site technical support to CeX staff & colleagues •Administration of Microsoft Windows, Anti-Virus, Servers, Networks and more •Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues •Document troubleshooting procedures •Assist in any other general tasks that may arise •Worldwide travel opportunities •Implement fixes/workarounds •Administration of Active Directory and creation of GPOs etc •Escalate cases to the relevant department when required •Monitoring queue of escalated incidents •Willing to work on call / overtime when required •Maintain smooth running of shops from an IT standpoint •Attend and participate in all departmental meetings/training initiatives Required skills: •Good Verbal/Written English Communication •Experience Supporting Overseas Customers •Knowledge of TCP/IP and ADSL/SDSL Technologies •Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access & Windows •Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Experience •Active Directory Administration •Basic Networking Skills To apply: Kindly send across a copy of your updated resume to me at in.hr@webuy.com."
