"Telecommunications IP Trainer - UK A Telecommunications IP Trainer is needed in the London Area for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Start time is ASAP and is a permanent position. Work eligibility in EU is required for application. Responsibilities: ● Primary working as senior instructor for UC&C technology (Unified Communication, Contact Center, Video, etc) ● Analyze the training demands from customer ,channels and staff etc, accordingly design course architecture and styles to meet market requirements ● Ensure high-standard course development , evaluate the quality through training practice and keep on improving . ● Optimize and localize training courses in English and fulfill specialized requirements for different areas ● Delivery training courses worldwide and well prepared for the lab environments , Guarantee customer have satisfied training experience . ● Participate in bidding at whiles and provide competitive, effective and deliverable training proposals to customer . ● Frequent traveling worldwide is required (up to 30%) Requirements: ● 3+ years experience with planning, designing, and implementing Unified Communication/Voice/Contact Center/Video products and solutions . ● Experience with designing and implementing complex, multisite UC&C (voice/Unified Communication, Contact Center, Video etc) Solutions deployments ● Expertise with communications protocols such as H323 / SIP / MGCP / SCCP ● Excellent in document writing and technology summary ● Familiar with ADDIE and having training experience are much better for preference. ● A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equipollent technical discipline ● Equivalent industry technology (Voice/UC/CC/Video/R&S ) certifications or ITIL/PMP will be helpful If you are interested and have the eligibility to live and work in Germany, please send your updated CV in Word format to Jason at sales@manningglobal.com or call +385 (0) 163 87404 with reference LIJV/IPT-4351."
