Urgent job opening "Configuration Management Database Engineer" with IBM TADDM (v7.2.x or latest) Location is Dublin, OH, Duration: 6 months mail me.....or call me -- 630-354-8415 "Requirements/qualifications: . 5+ years of experience in enterprise discovery and Configuration Management DB tools . Experience with IBM TADDM (v7.2.x or latest) environment with multiple discovery servers, anchors and gateways. . Experience with IBM CCMDB 7.2.x or latest version. . Knowledge of ITIC, TDI 7.x and MIF. . Experience using Service-Now with solid understanding of Service-Now CMDB structure and the relationships between CIs. . Experience in developing integrations and customizations in Service-now . Strong working knowledge of Java, J2 EE ,JavaScript and AJAX . Proficiency in shell scripting and SQL to facilitate automated data collection and import routines. . Ability to understand complex application infrastructure and model for application mapping . Good understanding of XML and XML Schema design . Solid understanding of networking and storage concepts. . Strong knowledge of multi-platform OS, software and hardware, network, web infrastructure security software and application subsystems . ITIL V3 certification is preferred. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Additional tasks: . Facilitate the registration of configuration items (CIs) along with the specifications and relationships required to support change management, incident and problem management processes. . Document standards, solutions, data flows, procedures and translate business requirements into technical designs. . Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), run books, and end user documentation. Conducting training sessions. . Identify and plan proactive system upgrades to the Configuration Management DB toolset. . Coordinating discovery efforts across multiple regions. . Work closely with the CI owners to keep the CMDB updated, perform audits and report on variances. . Mentor members of the technical staff and develop processes, architecture, and tools for improved system availability and operational efficiencys"
