The candidate would act as a liaison between the company and the off-site, outside IT team. The candidate would also plan, direct, develop, and manage the IT Department’s operational, project, and strategic execution activities; act as the IT partner for the executive team; and oversee the company’s transition to SAP. The ideal candidate would have a BS in IT/Computer Science; 7+ years of relevant IT experience; a high level of proficiency with Accpac/Sage required, previous SAP experience preferred; previous manufacturing experience preferred; prior experience managing a team/direct/indirect reports; project management experience; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and comfortable working across all levels of corporate infrastructure.
