"Your role: You accomplished through coaching, inspiring and instilling in our technology and business teams a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and a passionate focus on frequent and rapid delivery of highest business value solutions. You lead the assessment of transformation opportunities, drive business engagement and cross-functional team build, and provide training and active mentoring on Agile techniques and skills. Your main tasks: • Influence businesses and technical teams on agile principles to build, grow and maintain a thriving agile organization • Execute assessments to determine a team’s level of agility, understand its needs, analyze impact of and readiness for change, measurement of outcomes, .. • Provide Agile leadership, coaching and training to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers and functional managers and executives • Deliver hands-on coaching of individual scrum teams in all aspects of scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, workshops etc. • Facilitate the planning, documentation and implementation of agile transformation initiatives that capture the overall strategy and objectives • Create, build and deliver customized Agile training • Provide leadership by example • Offer ad-hoc consulting to cross-pollinate required skills and practices • Develop and share best practices Business context - Experience in organizational change management through influence and facilitation and experience bridging the gap between process and technical strategy at all organizational levels - understanding of test-driven development and continuous integration techniques as well as the typical forms of automation seen on high-performing Agile teams. - Experience in measuring project success factors using metrics such as agile release plans, burn downs, velocity and business value. - Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset.
