"OB DESCRIPTION Independently research, design, develop, publish, enhance, maintain technical specifications document for configuration and integration of multi-tenant software application, and end-user documentation for associated operations and support processes, adhering to standards and guidelines Interview Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Technical Architects, Software Developers, QA Analysts to produce technical information precisely, accurately and clearly with end-user in mind Coordinate technical and quality assurance reviews to ensure the quality of the deliverables Research, design, develop, publish, enhance, and maintain additional technical documentation as needed: user assistance guides, web services, installation guides, and technical knowledgebase articles Apply critical thinking about types of information and delivery methods end users need to be successful Identify common customer scenarios; plan and design supporting user assistance Research and resolve issues in an agile development environment; deal with ambiguity JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree in Technical Writing, Information Systems or the equivalent Four or more years of core experience in writing professional looking technical specifications document for software configuration and integration, and associated end-user documentation: operations and support manual, training material, quick-reference guide etc. Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills Ability to organize and create smart structure digital content with embedded linked topics Proven ability to deliver quality materials under tight deadlines Expert at using software productivity tools (e.g. MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Publisher, AuthorIT) for technical documentation Must be able to present a portfolio of writing samples and/or previous work experience. Strong written communication, oral communication, inter-personnel skills with attention to details. Ability to interact frequently with project managers, software developers, software testers, and other information developers Strong analytical/problem solving and organization skills.
