General Experience: • Current PMI Certification as a PMP • At least five (5) years of experience in project management • At least two (2) projects where SDLC documentation (not necessarily Maryland’s) was required Specialized Experience: • At least five (5) years of experience in managing project. • AND demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget • At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT related projects specifically with a leadership role • At least three (3) years of experience with Windows, SharePoint • At least one (1) project that required knowledge of MIS systems implementing Workforce Investment Act (WIA) OR one (1) project that involved career placement systems using current web based technologies • Provide documentation to demonstrate experience writing at least three (3) Requests for Proposals • Familiarity and experience using enterprise requirements management tools • Excellent verbal communication skills and knowledge of Project Management practices. • All minimum qualifications earned within past ten years, with preference given to more recent experience" | |||||
