"Collabera Is Hiring A Technical Trainer – Java In Vadodara and Bangalore. • Job Title: Technical Trainer – Java • Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat and Bangalore, Karnataka Job Responsibilities: • Provide technical expertise/credibility to account team on Java/J2EE. • Conduct training per development plan and maintain team certifications in accordance with focus area • Offer suggestions, new ideas or alternatives to improve or modify work processes. • Assist BU Head with helping improve procedures and functions • Complete administrative tasks (reports and updates) in timely fashion Required Skills: • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. (For Example:- MCA, MS IT, MSC IT, BSC in CS, BCA, BTech in CS and IT); advanced degree desirable • Minimum 2 to 3 years of software development experience using Java technologies • Must be technically savvy; Knowledge of emerging technologies trend in IT is highly desired • Passion and a sincere desire to expand your exposure in the staffing industry field. • Enthusiasm to contribute to a high performing team environment.
