Baroda Hire has started a discussion: Collabera Is Hiring a Customer Relationship Executive In Vadodara, Gujarat "Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Shift Time: 6 pm to 4 am IST Job Scope: This position is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: • Resolve and address questions and concerns from customer in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain customer relationships; ensure excellent customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent Collabera experience for customer. • Act as bridge between client, Collabera departments and customer; provide feedback, counselling and training guidance as required. • Assist in managing redeployment opportunities for customer by coordinating with recruiting and sales. • Obtain Business Leads and referrals from active customer. • Follow up with Red Flag (high risk) customer. • Must be willing to travel onsite as per need of business.
