"Job Title: Executive – Relationship Management Job Location: Baroda Job Scope: • Executive – Relationship Management, will drive Collabera’s relationship management initiatives and will build long-term engagements with client and consultants. Key contribution areas will be relationship management with on-site consultants of Collabera, business development and lead generation , consulting and issue resolution etc. Key result areas: • Build and maintain sustainable relationship with on-site consultants of Collabera in the US. • Act as a liaison between the Collabera and its client / consultants to drive client satisfaction and recommend strategies in the scope of work. • Lead efforts to improve consultant engagement. • Understand and resolve issues from onsite consultants in timely manner. • Generate business leads and business opportunities by networking with the consultants. • Work with the service delivery managers to leverage on the received leads. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent Collabera experience for consultants.
