POSITION SUMMARY IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / SALES ASSISTANT IN COMMERCIAL INSURANCE FIRM Provide high-level administrative & sales support to a Senior Sales Executive / Principal and his team (primary markets include Medical and Construction Insurance / Surety). -Assist with and prepare sales materials for meetings and presentations -Conduct online and general sales research -Coordinate marketing meetings with referral groups -Prepare statistical reports -Handle information requests (including assisting with various carrier applications) -Facilitate minor updates and additions to the Firm’s website. -Perform administrative functions such as correspondence, receiving and greeting visitors, scheduling conference calls, meetings, filing and organization -This position will also be cross trained to perform occasional back-up Assistant Acct Executive duties and back-up Receptionist at times.
