Location: Wilton, CT Job Type: Direct Hire Position: IAM (Identity & Access Management) Consultant Location: Wilton, CT Duration: Full-Time JOB DESCRIPTION: This individual will be responsible for overseeing the Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, solutions and processes. Works with business unit (BU) and corporate function (CF) managers to understand requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate. Execute and ensure the effectiveness of the IAM program for the Wilton Business Partners global IT environment Integrate systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and resources authorization. Ensures that IAM services perform according to defined processes and comply with applicable information security requirements. Work with the Corporate IAM team to coordinate the execution of program activities. Establish an IAM training and awareness program. Provide governance and oversight over management tools and processes. Work with users to understand business process challenges, conduct analysis and identify solutions. Help business application owners define roles and access models using a risk-based approach. Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions. Contribute to ongoing evolution and development IAM strategies, roadmaps and plans. Oversee provisioning, de-provisioning and periodic recertification activities and processes. Oversee tangential IAM-related processes like business continuity contacts. Strong knowledge of IAM and security concepts and principles. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions. 3+ years’ experience in IAM or Compliance-related function, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry." | |||||

As a BPM design lead you will work directly with workflow designers throughout the entire life-cycle of workflow applications to define, design, and implement business process based solutions. Responsibilities • Be the Senior Design Lead in the Workflow Core Competencies team • Work with Workflow Designers within AIG Investments, Treasury and Risk Operations & Systems and their stakeholders to design and implement BPM based solutions using Appian BPM software • Understand functional process and technical system requirements • Work with the Workflow Designers to define and manage the scope for the workflow applications Required Experience and Skills • 8 + years related experience in IT with specialized experience in software delivery or development (Java/JEE) • 2+ years of technical leadership experience • Experience with design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise software applications • Experience in process analysis or improvement areas • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong problem solving and design skills • Ability to quickly understand business goals, processes and requirements • Demonstrated project management skills (risk management, scope management, change control, etc.) • Strong background in relational database design Experience or working knowledge in each of the following technologies: • Experience with BPM & Workflow Suites – Appian, Pegasystems, Nintex, K2, SharePoint, etc. • Java or C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, PL-SQL, Database platforms and Web Services • Web application architecture concepts including application servers, web servers and the Windows Server operating system" | |||||
