Reports to President 2. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure 3. Set long term and short term Financial Strategy. 4. Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required) 5. Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties 6. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance 7. Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies. 8- Manage Investments and reserves. 9- Establish and maintain cash controls Job Specifications: 1- B.S holder; CPA and /or MBA is be a plus 2- 15 to 20 years of Experience within Large sized enterprises 3- Senior level experience of managing financial operations (private sector experience.) 4- Strong Manufacturing background. 5- Significant managerial experience. 6- Excellent Communication skills.
