Founded by a well-respected and proven team of entrepreneurs, TrackingPoint is on a path to transform weapon system performance by the application of its groundbreaking technology. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join the product development team in the capacity of Senior Embedded Programming/Design Engineer. Responsibilities include definition, development, and implementation of equipment for verifying TrackingPoint products compliance to pre-defined criteria. The incumbent will integrate existing equipment and/or design new equipment for testing TrackingPoint products. Required Skills & Experience: ● B.S. in Engineering or Physics and at least 5 years of experience ● Development or integration of bench equipment with software controls ● Experience working within a specification control environment ● Experience with embedded software development ● Experience with circuit level design and fabrication of PCB’s ● Understanding of electro-mechanical integration and design ● Self-motivated, energetic and eager to see ideas implemented and validated ● Good communications skills as a subject matter expert ● Must be self-starter with commitment to excellence and elegance ● Excellent understanding of basic physics and phenomena Additional Valuable Background: ● History integrating design components into PCB and developing associated software control ● Experience with LabView, TestStand, or similar ● Experience with Altium Designer ● Experience with designing/producing industrial or commercial products TrackingPoint offers a fun, fast paced startup environment with an attractive salary and benefits package including: 401k, health, PTO and an incentive stock pool.
