Ashley Hamblett has started a discussion: Looking for an ERP Support Manager - Excellent Opportunity "ERP Support Manager Location: Manila, Philippines Salary: Market rate for right candidates Type: Fulltime Totalamber is expanding their Global Support function for all clients using the IFS/Lawson ERP Application and are seeking a Fulltime ERP Support Manager, to work in their newly established support centre in Manila, Philippines Together with our UK Support operation Totalamber are delivering 24x7 support to our clients requiring Global support coverage. Candidates Must Have: • Have good English language and communication skills • Experience of working in Western Countries as an ERP Support Manager and have an appetite for working in Manila, Philippines. • ERP Support Management Experience (Preferably IFS other software considered) • Flexible to work around customers time zones where necessary • Experience of managing support teams with 20 + Staff • Multiple client support experience i.e. simultaneous customer management. • Effective client facing manor • Ability to work to strict SLA’s and be able to manage the team against SLA’s • Experience of role management, responsibilities and performance management • Understanding of process escalation and priority understanding of SLA’s Accreditations • Understanding of ITIL or CMMI (Desirable) Our Offering • Competitive Salary • Relocation Expenses and Support • Accommodation Subsidy ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE TREATED WITH STRICT CONFIDENCE."
