Start date is immediately. The position is via an agency. The tasks are: - Organize trips (flights, hotels, taxis) - Organize internal and external appointments (with candidates, Partners, etc..) - Help in organizing agenda for recurrent calls (i.e : Channel Heads call, staff call, etc..) - All administrative tasks asked (trip approvals, orders to approve and all other requests that might come as consolidation of documents/answers coming from the European team) - Liaise with other assistants within Europe to fix Partner appointments when is travelling (i.e: contact with South Africa to organize trip with Partner appointments and internal appointment) - Manage the calendar (i.e: manage conflicts, allow time to travel and not to fully fill the scale with back to back calls and/or meetings) - Help the team in their trip arrangement (by only booking flights & hotels) Knowledge: - Outlook - Powerpoint - Fast adaptation of new system - Fast understanding My replacement must have an experience by : - working for people and share her/his time between the 2 activities - Team player is a plus - Experience in computer company is better given all acronyms used - Experience of big company is also a plus.
