Subject: Compliance Marketing Associate Shani Ben Shoham posted a job: Compliance Marketing Associate "Compliance Marketing Associate – Compliance Department Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): • Perform ongoing monitoring and surveillance of internal marketing program • Maintain and update documentation files • Conduct research on regulations and draft summaries on findings. • Conduct ongoing due diligence of third party solicitors • Assist with internal and external audits of the Firm • Assist in general responsibilities of the Compliance program. Qualifications: • Must be eligible to work in the Israel • BA/BS Degree in a related study with a 3.0 minimum GPA • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write and speak persuasively and clearly • Good computer skills are essential (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet searches, Adobe Writer a plus) • Detail oriented and able to think quickly and solve problems in real-time • Must have ability to self manage be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to prioritize and handle complex compliance related projects • Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure • Basic technical knowledge and experience in the financial markets a plus Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem Hours Monday-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm & Friday 7am - 1pm Salary: NIS 6,675 plus potential for annually bonus and a yearly review.
